Agent Readiness ("we", "us") provides AI readiness audits and related services to Australian businesses. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Information you send us — when you request a check or contact us (by our form or by email), we collect your name, email address, website URL and anything you choose to include in your message.
Audit data — publicly available information from the website URL you ask us to audit (we fetch your public pages as an AI agent would).
Basic technical data — standard server and security logs from our hosting and CDN provider (e.g. IP address, browser type), used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and deliver the check or audit you requested.
To provide, maintain and improve our services.
To communicate with you about your audit or engagement.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business — for example our website host and CDN, our email provider, and (if you submit the contact form) our form-handling provider. They process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email sam@agentreadiness.com.au and we'll action it. If you have a privacy concern you're welcome to raise it with us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

This site uses only the cookies needed to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. We do not use them to identify you personally.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
